Housing Market in shambles!!!! You know why...

Every American knows that a part of the American Dream is to one day have something of your own, a home. This has been the staple of success in America since our founding of our great nation. Yet it seems like that dream is being coughed from under us by the "progressive" left that's regressing us more than progressing us. With their solutions of rent controls and public housing projects, the crisis we face as a nation is getting worse. And the problem is obvious, Government! If they would to remove their filthy hands out of the free market, prices would fix themselves! But no, they refuse to solve the issues of our nation at hand before other countries. Without the IMMEDIATE removal of government zoning laws and similar regulations our country is done for.

Is it really crazy to say that the government can possibly not know the answers to everything, to those government worshipping liberals probably yes. Specifically with the promises of the communist Harris campaigns it seems like it cost her the election.

Now with a true businessman coming back to the oval office, someone can finally understand the real problems and solutions to the crisis at hand, basic supply and demand! With those liberal scums never wanting to admit it’s not “greedy landlords” driving prices up, but it’s the low supply of housing, limited by their over-reaching zoning laws. Repealing these zoning laws, not passing useless rent controls like in the crime-filled state of California can save this nation we truly love.

That last statement is not an opinion, but a fact! A paper done by our own prestigious US university of Harvard states, “our evidence suggests that zoning and other land use controls play the dominant role in making housing expensive.” I mean it’s no surprise, even a high schooler with a basic economic class (that liberals are trying to get rid of for their woke critical race theory classes) knows that it’s the way the government limits the invisible hand that creates these high prices for Americans. It is embarrassing to have to see Harvard needing to call out such a basic statement on economics and still our government does nothing to change anything. If we ever want to be taken as a serious country again on the world stage, we need to solve our domestic issues first. The first step in that is allowing greater zoning usage for high density housing to meet the demands of the market and lower prices, not limiting the supply and keeping prices high due to government regulations.

Some may say that this one small area of laws can’t possibly have that large of effect on the WHOLE US housing market, but this article from the National Association of Housing Officials (NAHO) shows that, “Approximately 75 percent of land in American cities is constrained by zoning practices that exclusively permit single-family residences.” These laws are ones that effect the nation throughout every proud American city. So much of our beautiful land we call home is being strangled by the government choke hold on what we can build on our God given right of private property. We must continue to support politicians and other political actors that will fight for our individual rights like private property so that one day the future of America can one day own something of their own, something to call home.

You know what even the liberals themselves can’t hide the truth, the crazy woke anti-American CNN even had this to say just last year, “ In the 1910s, US cities began enacting policies that would shape neighborhoods and, unintentionally, lay the roots for the severe housing shortage today: single-family zoning laws.” Thankfully a true levelheaded patriot managed to push out this article to bring some sort of sense to this socialist news site. It is clear that the liberal should just build more skyscrapers in their depressing cities than try to build more single-family homes (that I might add, for families they don’t want to have) that just can’t meet the demands the market needs right now.

That being said, CNN (The C stands for Communist) has repeatedly supported rent control to combat housing shortage. The problems with the plan are obvious when looking into the fact that putting a price ceiling would just lead to housing for investors and developers becoming more unprofitable, in turn leading to less construction and openings for new housing. Clearly the opposition that is stupid to believe the government can come save the day doesn’t know how to read a basic supply and demand curve!

It is clear that the woke mobs’ emotions can’t beat good old-fashioned facts. When the democrats continue to cope and seethe over their Marxist failed candidate. Us true Americans, we will continue to fight for what’s right for our country and our freedoms under this glorious Trump presidential term that was stolen in 2020 from us. God Bless America.

Growing Crisis in Teen Drinking

teen drinking   Teen Drinking is a Growing Crisis. Here's Why It's Affecting Teenagers More Than Ever   We've all come across the saying at some point; "Teenagers are going to drink." Let's face it; this perspective does more harm than good. While we might downplay drinking as a norm of growing up and gaining experience in life the truth is much bleaker than we acknowledge openly. Today, teen drinking is not just a harmless phase— it is a crisis that affects everything from mental health to academic success, physical development, and even social dynamics.   The numbers are more than just alarming— they're downright troubling. According to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) , nearly 60% of high school seniors have had at least one drink in their lifetime. What’s worse is that almost 30% have engaged in binge drinking in the past month. That’s nearly a third of a generation actively putting their futures at risk for s...

Standing Up for A Safer Work Environment

Stopping Work Place Harassment   The National Sexual Violence Resource Center,  NSVRC , states, "Over 85 percent of people who experience sexual harassment never file a formal legal charge and approximately 70 percent of employees never even complain internally." This issue is all too prevalent in our society. Women and men waking up going to their 9 to 5 just like the rest of us and having to experience being degraded and disrespected by a customer, patients, even coworkers. Our society has a culture of keeping matters of sexual harassment in the workplace a little too hush hush. Attempting not to disturb the peace or make the company look bad. Businesses need to stand up for their employees and make an active change to prevent cases of harassment. Companies need to address sexual harassment by implementing clear policies to staff, requiring mandatory trainings, and fostering an environment of accountability where employees feel safe to speak up for themselves.  Women ar...
